Olawale Adedokun holds an MBA with a focus on Management and a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Science from Delta State University. He also earned a Higher Diploma in Computer and Management from the University of Lagos (Consult). He is an Associate Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (ANIM) and the Nigeria Computer Society (ANCS), as well as a Certified Business Continuity Professional (ABCP), Certified Digital Marketing Professional (CDMP) and a member of CIIN.

He has completed international training in Networking and Telecommunications in the UK and previously served as Chairman of the Information Technology Committee of the Nigerian Insurers Association (2011-2015).

Prior to joining Capital Express Indemnity Limited, he worked with International Energy Insurance Plc, Access Bank Plc, RIMS Merchant Bank Ltd., and Tritel Networks Ltd., where he led the deployment of various business automation solutions.
