He currently serves as the General Manager, Corporate Sales at Capital Express Indemnity Insurance Limited. Throughout his career, Oludare has made significant contributions across critical sectors such as oil & gas, aviation, and power, where he developed bespoke insurance solutions tailored to industry needs.

He has also demonstrated strong performance in retail insurance, successfully engaging diverse income groups across Nigeria’s six geo-political zones. His expertise extends to pension product marketing, giving him a comprehensive understanding of both corporate and retail markets.

Oludare’s strategic insight has consistently driven business growth and profitability in every organization he has been part of. During his time at Cornerstone Insurance Plc as an executive management team member, he was recognized for his excellence in business development, relationship management, and project execution. He also held a notable position at Oasis Insurance Plc (now Sanlam Insurance), where he further sharpened his industry skills.

He holds an MBA in Marketing from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomosho, and a B.A. (Hons) in Philosophy from Ogun State University.
